| Erection & Commissioning | We will provide you the assistance for erecting and commissioning the machine. All the expenses including to-and-fro travel, Lodging & boarding, local transport, and Rs.1500/-per day per person expenses for our commissioning team will be debited to your account. You must ensure that all the accessories and power connections are ready before you call our Engineer for the machine erecting. |
| Payment Terms | 50% advance along with your Purchase Order. And balance will be paid before dispatches of the machine from our factory. |
| Warranty | 1 Year During the warranty period the defective parts can be replaced at free of cost. The electronic and electrical parts are not covered under the warranty. |
| Validity | Our offer is valid for 30 days thereafter subject to our consent. |
| Cancellation | Order once received by us shall not be subject to cancellation either Wholly or partially Incase of cancellation the advance shall be forfeited |
| Jurisdiction | Subject to AHMEDABAD jurisdiction. |
